Artist's Comments

water creatures are always in my mind...

this is a recreation of a picture I've done some years ago. I like the pose very much and wanted to try another possibility for the piece.

pencil +watercolor on canson paper.

I very much like the face and how you have used the colour to twist around the girl who is all black and white. The breasts look a little unatural, the one nearest does not look positioned right, But otherwise I think you are a very skilled drawer.xxx
:iconseaspell:
thank you for your comment, dear. believe in me, the picture I took as reference was showing the breasts exactly as it was portrayed. maybe it looks "unatural" due to the arms position, something like that. I found ok, though. again, thank you very much for the lovely words. :blowkiss:

Very nice composition! It feels a bit creepy, you´re not sure if she´s sleeping or if she´s dead. At least that´s how I feel.
The pose is very good indeed.

Subtle and beautiful. Earthy yet light. I saw you featured in Rindaewen's journal and had to come see. Lovely work.

This is beautiful work... I like your style.

I would just point out though, in response to a comment posted above, that if you are using photos as a reference, that they aren't always the most reliable source, as the camera can distort things and show them in a way that they would not appear if you were drawing from life.
